Payment Mode£º Pay the house payment and relevant rate on time according

problem brought by the dweller who self decoration or unreasonable
use against the Dwelling Directions, Dwelling Quality Guarantee,
Decoration Management Regulations and other relevant realty management
rules and the developer and the realty management company will not
guarantee to repair it. If the user damages the public part or public
installations, the realty managment company will punish the responsible
person according to the realty management rules.
