¡¡¡¡1¡¢ Looking Housing£º Please carefully read the relevant policies and documents, purchase guidebook, price, model and sales material. The purchase counselor will offer you details about purchasing house.

¡¡¡¡2¡¢ Make a conservation and Sign contract£º When you choose your house, please pay earnest money 10,000 RMB yuan. The purchase consultant will open the conservation bill and hope you can sign the contract in the appointed time (earnest money will directly change to house payment)

¡¡¡¡3¡¢ Payment Mode£º Pay the house payment and relevant rate on time according to the appointed payment mode in the contract.

¡¡¡¡4¡¢ Moving In£º Moving into the house according to appointed time in the contract.

¡¡¡¡5¡¢ Title Deed and Land £º The developer and the owner apply to transact quitclaim deed (Title Deed) and the transfer of land tenancy (land Certificate) according to the relevant policies and documents after the transfer of house.

¡¡¡¡2¡¢ The housing is decorated strictly according to Chongqing Commercial Housing Sales & Purchase Contract. The realty management will also offer the owner Dwelling Directions and Dwelling Quality Guarantee. When all the procedures are ready, the realty management office will guarantee to carry out the services according to the Dwelling Directions.

¡¡¡¡4¡¢ The user should be responsible for the housing quality problem brought by the dweller who self decoration or unreasonable use against the Dwelling Directions, Dwelling Quality Guarantee, Decoration Management Regulations and other relevant realty management rules and the developer and the realty management company will not guarantee to repair it. If the user damages the public part or public installations, the realty managment company will punish the responsible person according to the realty management rules.

¡¡¡¡5¡¢ After moving in, please know well the geographic environment, fire fighting installations and master the housing and professional design capacity. Please abide by the decoration notices and realty management regulations, abide by the public social morality, cherish public treasure and protect from the accident of theft, fire disaster and gas explosion.
